Assignments & Specific Rights.
For the purpose of receiving professional SEO services, Client agrees to provide the following:
- The FTP and other back-end access to the website.
- Permission to communicate directly with any third parties, e.g., your web designer, if necessary.
- Full access to existing website traffic statistics e.g., Google analytics, for analysis and tracking purposes.
- Authorization to use of all clients’ logos, trademarks, Web site images, content etc., for search engine optimization.
Terms & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
If the Monthly payments are not received as per schedule, then all the SEO activities would be stopped with immediate effect & we will not be responsible for the consequences.
If the client decides to end the project for lack of funds, change in focus or for any other reason other than which violates any terms of this agreement, then the client is required to intimate the service provider 10 days prior to his monthly payment date.
Client acknowledges the following with respect to SEO services from KenTrips.
If there is any kind of delay from the client side, the Service provider is responsible to complete the task of the entire month by utilizing additional resources. However, the recurring payment dates must not be disturbed.
KenTrips has no control over the policies and ranking algorithms of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Client’s web site may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
The client acknowledges that due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms and other competitive factors, KenTrips Team can never Guarantee sustained any position for keywords or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase or search term.
Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent reason.
KenTrips will create listings only in free directories. If the Client wishes to engage in paid listing services, the client is will be required to make payment in addition to the contract amount. The charges will be communicated separately upon request.
